I made this blend as an answer to my own frequent headaches. It has proven to be a trusted remedy for my whole family. Feverfew & white willow bark contain the same active compound as asprin. Cayenne pepper, has been studied for its action in relieving headache pain. Lemon balm and yarrow work together to fight inflammation. Shake well before use.
